By using Black Velvet Stories, you agree to these terms. Please don’t use the platform if you don’t agree.
You’re responsible for your account activity. Don’t share logins. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
Subscriptions and coins unlock content as described. Prices may change with notice. Refunds follow our policy and, on mobile, Apple/Google rules.
Authors keep ownership. Authors grant us a limited license to host and distribute their work on Black Velvet Stories.
No harassment, hate speech, doxxing, threats, or spam. We can remove content or restrict access to protect the community.
Service is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. Liability is limited to the extent allowed by law.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use means you accept the updates.
Launch add-on: We’ll add age/consent language for adult content access.
We want Black Velvet Stories to feel fair and easy. Refunds depend on how you purchased and whether the content has been accessed.
Subscriptions: request within 7 days of the charge if you haven’t meaningfully used the subscription. Coins: coin packs are generally non-refundable once delivered, but we’ll fix mistakes fast.
If you purchase through the App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled under Apple/Google policies. We can help you find the right link and verify your receipt.

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of fraud or abuse. This policy will be refined before launch based on your vendors.
We celebrate creative freedom while protecting readers, authors, and the community. These guidelines apply to books, covers, titles, and comments.
All genres welcome, including dark romance, paranormal, sci-fi, fantasy, thriller, and erotica/BDSM (Spicy Vault 😈) — with proper tags.
Use genre tags and content warnings when relevant (violence, non-consent themes, self-harm references, etc.). Spicy Vault must be marked adult.
Child sexual content, sexual content involving minors, explicit incest, bestiality, instructions for violence/illegal harm, hate/harassment, or doxxing.
Creators: if you’re unsure how to tag a scene, tag it. Transparency builds trust.
